Mommis Has Vaporized

The most terrible and unexpected thing happened last night. Uncle Max took Mommis somewhere in the car and she never came back! She’s vanished.

I think it has something to do with my peeing on the floor, about which I do feel bad, but Sammy says i’m wrong. He says it is the pink suitcase. The pink suitcase takes Mommis away, and he says this happens a lot more than we’d like. He saw the pink suitcase come out of the closet a couple of days ago and immediately got di-di and stopped eating. He acted all nervous, like something was going to happen. And sure enough, it did. She left.

Just when I thought puppy life was over for me, Uncle Ed came and picked us up and took us to the park. Things got better there, because Leeloo was there. and I found another one of those great water bottles that make the noise I like.

But I sure miss Mommis.

The Walk

Most of the time when we’re walking I’m looking at Mommis’s  butt, because I’m supposed to be slightly behind her. Although too far behind her is considered “dog at large,” and too far in front of her is considered “out of control.” These are difficult rules to master, especially since they were made by the police and not by Mommis.

The first time we came out here to the park she explained the rules of off leash walking; don’t call attention to yourself. I try to be as surreptitious as possible, although I’m the only British Cream retriever in the park. But if I am the best possible boy, perhaps they will forget I am white? No such thing as white entitlement in this park.

What a Weekend Getaway

We had such a good time at our weekend getaway. Leeloo and I slept together, had drinks, and great protected sex (neither of us has our hormones yet. It was heaven, and every morning Mommis took us to the park at dawn to see Gage and Chai. I think I made Gage jealous. Uncle Ed came, too and ran with us.

Leeloo is so beautiful. Even Mommis said so; she rented “The Fifth Elemenr” so she could learn about Leeloo’s origins.
I think I am lovesick. But I still ate dinner

It’s 115 Degrees

And that means moving most of my fun indoors into the living room. Mommis went to Ryan’s and bought a bunch of new toys. But she also bought 100 more potty pads, which leads me to believe she has lost faith in me.

Was it because I peed in the living room yesterday right in front of Leeloo’s mother? I couldn’t help it. It was so exciting for Leeloo to come to the house! And we’re going to have a sleepover this weekend in my crate. I have a California King crate like Mommis’s bed. It can fit more than one dog.

Complex Relationships

I hardly ever get to be alone with LeeLoo anymore. Gage is always watching us and he’s so big and strong. He’s a whole month older.
OH, and I made Mommis sad yesterday. I pooped on a rug in the hall and peed on the floor in the living room an hour after Olivia mopped it. I know I shouldn’t do this stuff because then Mommis tells Uncle Max that she feels like a failure. Uncle Max tells her I’m young. Am I still young? What’s young? Does it mean my peepee leaks?

Maybe the vet can fix that!
